The site is content-first and text-heavy. I have all copy finalized. I have a developer. I only need the design. You should take the existing content and overall direction and translate it into a clean, modern, and restrained design that feels credible and intentional. Strong layout, spacing, typography, and hierarchy are critical. I prefer simple, minimal design over decorative or trendy visuals.
