What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build phoning scripts for agents and develop partner and client offer sites for campaigns
Set up fields across various sites to align with partner specifications for data collection
Oversee the deployment process of new functionalities and ensure thorough testing prior to implementation
Manage reported software issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
Collaborate with IT and end-users to address data and user-interface challenges
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems (preferred, but not required)
Strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in search engine optimization, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and standards-compliant HTML 5
Experience or familiarity with client-side scripting (JavaScript and jQuery preferred)
Must reside in one of the specified states for remote work eligibility
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience or familiarity with sales or working in a sales environment
Knowledge of structured query language (T-SQL preferred)
Understanding of website standards-based design and support
