- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ensure all information is stored securely and appropriately.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Actively participate in performance reviews with management.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery. Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service techniques.
- **Negotiation Skills:** Utilize negotiation techniques to resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a win-win outcome.

*Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly in online support or chat environments.
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in fields such as communications, business, or related areas is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat software and CRM tools. Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
