Responsibilities
? Offer assistance to guests or patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Conduct periodic checks to validate that their personal care needs are being attended to as per their expressed desires and the care plan in place.
? Review care plans daily to ensure that any alterations in the guest's or patient's daily care routine are reflected in the care plan.
Qualifications
? A CNA license certification is necessary prior to being considered for employment in this role.
? It is necessary to have both a current CPR certification and a valid fingerprint clearance card.
? The ideal candidate would have at least six (6) months of experience working as a CNA/LNA.
? Ongoing engagement in long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, or transitional rehabilitation programs
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
