As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions. You will need to have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong persuasion and decision-making... skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, resolve issues, and promote Apple products and services
- Utilize your persuasive skills to upsell products and services to customers
- Make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or web chat support
- Strong persuasion and decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Apple products and services is a plus
- Must be reliable and confident in interacting with customers
