Web Chat Officer - Work from home
Tesla is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Web Chat Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.
Responsibilities...
1. Manage and respond to incoming web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about Tesla products, services, and promotions
3. Troubleshoot issues and problems reported by customers, escalate to relevant departments when necessary
4. Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all communication channels
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
7. Stay up to date on Tesla products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
1. Resilient and resourceful mindset to effectively handle challenging customer interactions
2. Strong strategic planning and analysis skills to identify opportunities for improvement
3. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment
5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
