Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement full-stack web applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and maintainability.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and project managers to translate design concepts into functional tech solutions, enhancing the usability and aesthetic of our applications.
Utilize HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks, and server-side languages to build responsive, mobile-first web designs and robust server solutions.
Optimize web pages and server performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for coding practices and documentation.
Preferred Technical Proficiencies
Front-End: Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, NPM, and Tailwind CSS.
Back-End: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar server-side languages.
DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, Jenkins, Git.
API Development: Experience with RESTful services and GraphQL.
Databases: Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
A solid understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
