- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:
- Confident and independent personality traits
- Strong research and creativity skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in web chat management or customer service
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
