About the Partner Experience Innovation Center The Partner Experience Innovation Center (PEIC) is a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the retail experience for our partners. As a Program Manager on the PEIC team, you'll play a pivotal role in leading complex initiatives that drive measurable value to our partners and the business. Key Responsibilities Establish the structure, governance, and workplan for large-scale initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders. Lead the initiative's rhythm of business, driving progress and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement activities and internal communication plans, leveraging multiple channels to reach diverse audiences. Synthesize complex messaging and storytelling to influence strategic priorities and drive results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for deeper partnership and collaboration. Apply knowledge, processes, and skills to drive project activities forward, meeting project goals and deadlines. Navigate highly ambiguous environments with flexibility and adaptability, responding to new situations and challenges. Understand the Retail Partner Experience to deliver results that benefit our retail partners and the business. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 5 years of proven strategic program leadership experience, with a track record of delivering complex, large-scale transformational programs. Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading the structure and rhythm of business for large-scale initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. A strong sense of ownership and curiosity, with the ability to work independently and inter-dependently with internal and external stakeholders. Experience building and executing large-scale communications plans and stakeholder management. Aptitude for navigating large, ambiguous, and matrixed organizations. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment. Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools. Experience with data analysis and interpretation. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
