What You'll Actually Do Ship AI That Works • Build custom AI agents that solve real business problems • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations • Connect LLMs to enterprise knowledge bases using vector search and RAG • Create intelligent applications that surface insights clients didn't know to ask for Build Full-Stack Applications • Develop web apps using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript • Create intuitive chat interfaces and responsive experiences • Integrate with technologies and enterprise systems clients actually use Connect the Data • Wire up AI to SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Power BI, and whatever else clients throw at you • Design secure data pipelines for real-time AI interactions • Build scalable patterns that work across different client environments Deploy for Real • Containerize with Docker and deploy to production • Manage Linux-based systems in the wild • Build cloud-native architectures on Azure Create Reusable IP • Build templates and accelerators that make our consulting teams faster • Document patterns so others can learn from your work • Write modular, maintainable code that becomes organizational knowledge Stay Sharp • Research and prototype emerging AI tools before they're cool • Evaluate new tech for real client applicability (not just hype scores) • Be our eyes and ears on what's actually worth using You Should Have Required: • 3+ years building software that real people use • Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills • Node.js and RESTful API experience • Hands-on LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • SQL chops (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL experience (MongoDB) • Docker containerization and Linux comfort • Track record of shipping full-stack apps to production • Ability to explain complex things simply (to clients AND teammates) Nice to Have: • Vector databases • AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) • C#/.NET development • Microservices and event-driven architecture • Azure services (Functions, App Service, Container Apps, OpenAI) • MLOps and model deployment experience • Power BI and Power Platform integration • Real-time processing (Kafka, Event Hubs) • Consulting background • Enterprise security and compliance experience What Makes This Different Your Work Matters Every solution you build goes to real clients solving real problems.
