As a Senior Data Analysis Expert, you will be an integral part of the Air Terminal Customer Assistance (ACS) Resource Planning group, analyzing key operational and staffing metrics to drive functional and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement, optimizing ACS operations to enhance customer satisfaction. Create comprehensive reports on the execution of resource planning initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior leaders. Examine trends in ACS resource planning, staying ahead of the curve to inform strategic decisions. Extract and analyze data from various sources to inform analysis, models, and project development. Develop and maintain complex data models, using descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and opportunities. Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques. Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to drive results. Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives, to inform strategic decisions. Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, providing expert insights to drive business outcomes. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and strategically focused reports and presentations for senior leaders. A strong team player with a meticulous approach, able to perform well under pressure. The ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment. Experience with MS Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques. A commitment to prioritizing the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field. Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in a business context.
