Organization: Mercor Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $200 per hour Location: United States Duration: Flexible, 10-40 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Manage and deepen relationships with HNW and UHNW clients. • Develop and implement comprehensive financial and investment plans tailored to client goals. • Conduct asset allocation, portfolio reviews, and performance evaluations. • Identify growth opportunities through strategic referrals and value‑driven engagement. • Collaborate with investment and planning teams to integrate AI insights and digital portfolio tools. • Maintain a strong understanding of tax, estate, and retirement planning strategies. Ideal Qualifications • Strong experience in wealth management, private banking, or RIA environments. • Proven track record managing $20M+ in client assets. • Expertise in financial planning, portfolio construction, and client communication. • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a client‑first mindset. • Knowledge of financial planning software, CRM systems, and investment platforms. • CFP, CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
