As a Quality Assurance Engineer on our MSP team, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, working alongside talented engineers, product managers, and operations experts to drive quality and innovation across our products. **Job Summary** We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer to join our MSP team, where you'll develop and implement virtual testing and simulation platforms to validate end-to-end solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product teams, QA manual testing and requirements teams, and internal customers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and reliability. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Assurance Engineer on our MSP team, you'll be responsible for: * Developing, implementing, and simulating virtual testing platforms to validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Ensuring that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery * Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicating quality standards and parameters to product teams, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinating simulations and testing processes * Identifying and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues * Connecting with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviewing client, customer, and user feedback * Maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, mathematics) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **What We Offer** As a member of our MSP team, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
