Position Description
Operators will complete all stages of copper pipe processing. This will include handling of raw material using fork trucks, pallets jacks, and hand loading. Operators will be required to master all machinery used in copper pipe processing. This will include small and large diameter benders, tube cutters, tube punches, and t-drill machines. Operators must pass all in-house brazing courses and complete varying brazes throughout the workday

Operator will be able to setup copper punch to meet print requirement

Operator will be able to setup t-drill machine to meet print requirement

Operator will be able to measure finished copper to ensure quality requirements are me

Operator will be able to trouble shoot all machinery to help diagnose any error
s
Operator must be able to work from a provided schedule to ensure proper delivery to line
s
Operator must be able to complete all require preventive maintenance task on all machine
s
Required Education & Qualifications
Requires reading, writing, adding, subtracting, ability to operate powered industrial trucks and manual hand trucks, and overhead crane, and following of instructions. Must be able to successfully master all elements of training control document for this job.
