Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
