Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
Ā Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
Ā Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
Ā Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
Responsibilities
Ā Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment
Ā Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors
Ā Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations
Ā Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
Ā Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines
Ā Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
Ā Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
Ā Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
