Position Overview We are seeking fully licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote (in person optional), part-time (option to be full-time) contract position. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality care, open-minded, and dedicated to supporting diverse populations. Therapists who identify as BIPOC are strongly encouraged to apply. Therapist with training/certification in Brainspotting, EMDR and other forms of "bottom up" therapy approaches are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual, family and couples counseling sessions • Utilize trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches in all interactions. • Perform intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans. • Provide crisis intervention and management for clients in need of immediate support. • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. • Maintain accurate and timely documentations in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Offer specialized counseling services such as grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and chronic pain counseling. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. • Valid and active licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is preferred. • Experience with assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning • Experience working with diverse individuals, families and couples • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural responsiveness. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Open-minded, collaborative, and committed to ongoing learning. • BIPOC therapists are encouraged to apply. • Training/certification in Brainspotting, EMDR or another "bottom up" therapy approaches preferred • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience providing remote therapy services. Compensation and Schedule • Part-time (option to be full-time) contract role—flexible scheduling available. • Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week • Location: Fully remote, Option for in person in Miami • Competitive compensation per session.
