Weâ??re looking for an amazing Manager, Revenue Strategy and Systems to fill this role. Youâ??ll be responsible for leading implementation of strategic initiatives to drive revenue, including problem-solving for YODA Revenue Management system and its various inputs and settings. Lead collaborative efforts cross-functionally to ensure plans are appropriately coordinated and implemented across systems and teams. Knowledge of Princess Revenue Management objectives, process and systems required. Key attribute is creative problem-solving and collaborative communication skills. Track project timelines and keep others on track.

Responsibilities
Project management of large revenue system projects (YODA champion, superuser)
Diagnose and creatively problem-solve POLAR, PROMO and YODA challenges
Work closely with Science Revenue Support team members and provide Business support for YODA usage
Lead Product Teams through system, tools and reporting changes and enhancements, including Groups Concessions Tool
Lead analyses as needed to validate effectiveness of YODA, support pricing and revenue demand generating decisions.
Collaborate with other brands for Revenue Management best practices
Train new analysts and support recurrent training efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience
Preferred Cruise Industry experience
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint usage along with MS Office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive outlook
Collaborative working skills
Detail oriented
Self-motivated
Comfortable presenting information to all levels of the Company

Base Salary Range: $ 83,200.00 to $ 112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
