Job Description:
As a Walmart Marketplace Specialist, you will act as a liaison between Walmart’s e-commerce systems and third-party sellers, offering technical and strategic support to help them succeed on the Walmart Marketplace. This position includes seller onboarding, listing support, account troubleshooting, and best practices for success on Walmart.com.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or customer support
Strong knowledge of digital marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, Shopify)
Familiarity with inventory management systems and product listings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of Excel or data tools
Self-starter with problem-solving mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Guide new sellers through onboarding and account setup
Provide email/chat support on product listings, pricing, fulfillment, and order issues
Monitor seller account health and help resolve violations or suspensions
Offer insights on catalog optimization and keyword strategy
Collaborate with Walmart internal teams to improve seller satisfaction
Ensure adherence to Walmart Marketplace policies and customer standards
