W2 Health Insurance Agent

Responsibilities:
- Answer questions regarding medical care and coverage
- Assist customers in evaluating their needs and selecting the best healthcare plan solution in a consultative manner
- Help sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers.
- Recognizing and complying with our performance standards for quality, performance, attendance, and schedule adherence.
Qualifications:
Will typically possess 2+ years industry experience as: a broker or insurance company and/or individual sales environment, with a successful track record of meeting Sales Targets
Florida Life/Health Agents license IS REQUIRED
Bachelors Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
