Overseeing operations of the billing, coding, utilization management and enrollment and eligibility departments.
Responsible for directing and coordinating all processes and procedures of the revenue cycle
Addresses tight deadlines and constantly changing rules and regulations
Works closely with the CEO, COO and clinical management team to assess areas of concern and make changes as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree required
Minimum of 10 years working in healthcare revenue cycle management
Minimum of 5 years leading revenue cycle management teams or equivalent experience
Knowledge of ICD-10, Revenue Codes and CPT codes, claims processing, billing and insurance regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes.
