Job description: The VP, Regional Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships, enhancing credit awareness, executing credit initiatives, gathering and communicating market intelligence, and collaborating with Costco’s Regional Marketing Managers and Citi’s Director of Partner Engagement to drive strategies that increase credit applications and credit penetration within the assigned region.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary Citi contact and relationship manager for Costco’s Regional Leadership team and warehouse employeesDevelop the strategy and execution plan for driving warehouse new account acquisitions and compliance within the region in conjunction with Costco’s Regional Marketing Manager and Citi’s Director of Partner EngagementLeverage data to assess the performance of warehouses in the region to determine where to focus training and engagement effortsTrain warehouse employees in-person and virtually on the value of credit, how to present credit in a compliant manner, and how to address questionsCollaborate with warehouse and regional leadership on strategies to improve regional/warehouse application performanceSupport the success of credit tabling events and warehouse grand openings through training and optimization strategiesIdentify opportunities for process improvements based on feedback from warehouse employees and cardmembersEnsure warehouse compliance with credit card collateral, applications, Terms & Conditions (Ts & Cs) and proceduresProfessionally manage and respond to warehouse/cardmember escalations to ensure that issues get addressed in a timely mannerSupport team success through best practice sharing, tool creation/management, reporting, and information sharingUnderstand unique characteristics of Partner and industry, as well as competitive environmentWork out of a home officeTravel within the Southest region warehouses is required (role is ~ 85% travel)Overnight travel and weekend support will be requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and/or 6-10 years credit or sales-related industry experience requiredPrior big-box retail management experience preferredMust have high energy and be self-motivatedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionCapacity to multi-task and respond to a variety of situationsStrong communication and organizational abilityExcellent large group presentation skillsDemonstrated aptitude for creative problem solvingStrong financial analysis/analytical skillsRelationship building skills and flexible styleValid driver’s licenseAbility to work in a remote office environmentJob Family Group: Consumer SalesJob Family: Field SalesTime Type: Full timePrimary Location: Telecommuter Georgia United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range: $117,440.00 - $176,160.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
