VP Product | Startup| Fintech

We are looking for a talented VP of join a unparalleled Series A start-up who are built on a single mission to provide easy, transparent and accessible digital banking and lifestyle services on a single platform. We are building a digital bank that provides easy access to web2 and web3 services across traditional finance, crypto, NFT’S, gaming and meta verse. Comp – $200K-$250K + very generous bonus, equity and tokens Location: New York - onsite Role: You'll lead and scale the Web3 side of the business Lead the ideation, design, technical development, and launch of an innovative suite of products Tasked with learning about new blockchain and technologies and figuring out ways to turn them into products for our users Refine the long term vision for our core services and platforms to deliver capabilities that empower our products and deliver manful business value Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to impactful outcomes To thrive in this role, you have: Previous experience in product leadership role within highly regulated industry, ideally Fintech, Crypto Currency or other financial services organization You are familiar with core banking An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff, and dig in to get to the bottom of problems Experience at a fast-growing start up in a cross-functional environment We’re looking for a VP Product with vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps the way we deal with money and lifestyle.
