[Remote] Retirement Plan Consultant II - Orlando, FL

The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans, conducting presentations and participating in educational initiatives to improve plan awareness and participation. Responsibilities • Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan • Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations • Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process • Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation • Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments Skills • High school diploma or GED required • Appropriate state insurance licenses required • Must have excellent presentation skills • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Series 7, Series 66 preferred • CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable • Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus Benefits • Competitive benefits package with immediate access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) plan with match • Health and Wellness: We offer a range of medical, dental and vision insurance plans, as well as mental health support and wellness initiatives to promote overall well-being. • Retirement Savings: We offer retirement benefits options, which vary by location.
