Role • Sign High-Value Talent: Take opportunities and introductions to talent and move them decisively across the finish line. • Frame & Persuade: Position Arsenic as the obvious partner — using truth, not hype, as the most powerful sales weapon. • Strategic Objection Handling: Understand client psychology and how to communicate effectively. • "Hungry" Follow-Up: Own the pipeline until it’s a signed contract — persistent without being desperate. Qualifications • Proven track record in sales, dealmaking, talent representation, or similar fields. • Experience persuading high-value clients, ideally women in entertainment, media, or lifestyle verticals. • Comfort working in high-pressure, competitive environments. • Strong communication skills (spoken and written). • A natural closer’s instinct.
