VP of Marketing & Technology (Digital Marketing + IT Leadership) Direct Hire Louisville, KY Base Salary: $160,000–$175,000 + 20% bonus based on sales and profit performance Allegiance Staffing is recruiting for a rapidly growing company in the agricultural marketing and equipment advertising industry. We are hiring a VP of Marketing & Technology to lead digital marketing strategy and oversee technology/IT initiatives, driving measurable growth through SEO, paid media, CRM, analytics, automation, and digital transformation. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a data-driven, hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams and improve both marketing performance and business systems. Responsibilities • Lead and develop Marketing and Technology teams to execute integrated digital strategies • Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer engagement using data-driven marketing • Improve SEO, website performance, and online participation through paid search, paid social, email, and content strategy • Oversee new digital tools, CRM enhancements, marketing automation, AI efficiencies, and user experience improvements • Build dashboards and reporting; improve ROI through analytics, attribution, and automation • Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels and campaigns • Ensure IT systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with company goals • Support Sales with presentations, advertising strategy, and occasional customer visits • Recruit, mentor, and retain marketing and IT talent • Travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed • Report directly to executive leadership Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field • 10+ years of progressive leadership in marketing, technology, and/or digital transformation • 5+ years in senior management • Experience leading cross-functional teams with measurable results • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, analytics, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization • Experience managing IT teams (software developers/programmers and system administrators) • Agriculture or agribusiness experience preferred but not required • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills Why Join • High-visibility role with direct impact on revenue and growth • Lead both Marketing and Technology in a fast-growing organization • Opportunity to modernize systems and build scalable digital strategies Apply today to be considered for this VP-level opportunity in Louisville.
