Overview and Responsibilities

The Vice President, Global Travel Expense and Strategic Finance leads corporate initiatives centered around travel and expense management, working capital, and strategic finance initiatives that include monitoring and management of the customer and vendor terms, fraud analytics, and policies compliance across all regions. This role ensures policy adherence, optimizes processes, and drives strategic finance initiatives to enhance liquidity, efficiency, control, and risk management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Working Capital Steering Committee in the execution of the liquidity uplift plan and buildout of the functional dashboards

• Dashboards ownership and active monitoring of the liquidity levers to ensure policy compliance and strategy execution

• Ensure timely execution of the identified cost-saving strategies and support the Center of Excellence (COE) office in identifying additional cost savings opportunities

• Provide periodic Working Capital updates to the Senior Leadership Team and advise on achieved improvements

• Manage corporate and purchasing card programs, including banking relationships and credit risk oversight

• Continued support of transitioning from Concur to Oracle Fusion, and led ongoing system enhancements and integrations

• Manage a team tasked with the T&E audit function and support the implementation of controls to minimize misuse and fraud

• Lead the Fraud, Analytics, Monitoring, and Compliance teams to identify and mitigate employee and supplier fraud using advanced data analytics and forensic techniques

• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to investigate and tackle fraud cases

• Provide analytical reporting and insights to business unit CFOs and the senior executive team to support decision-making

• Integrate new acquisitions into T&E processes while ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements

• Drive automation and standardization. Focus on improving processes continuously in global operations

• Manage a diverse team of 25 employees across multiple global locations

• Serve as the primary escalation point for senior management on T&E matters

• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to implement system changes and ensure seamless integrations

• Lead a team that monitors and reports expenditure trends, policy non-compliance, delinquent reconciliations, and card status management, and provide timely updates to the Senior Leadership Team

• Partner with Procurement and Finance to align T&E processes with broader spend management strategies

• Support executive management with strategic planning and ad-hoc projects related to T&E, strategic finance, and COE initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including executive team of global T&E and finance functions

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive culture

Additional Qualifications

• Prior experience in entertainment/media and international operations a plus

• Expertise in Concur and Oracle systems; experience with general ledger integrations preferred
