The Role: Event Ticket Sales Representative As an Event Ticket Sales Representative at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth. With a strong background in business development, sales, and account management, you'll be responsible for leveraging technical sales skills and utilizing Salesforce to manage accounts and leads. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required - we're open to talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, identifying and pursuing new leads and clients. Manage existing accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and account information, ensuring seamless sales operations. Collaborate with our technical team to provide solutions to clients, addressing their technical requirements and concerns. Attend industry events to network and promote our products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Work closely with our marketing team to develop sales materials, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, providing a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and business principles. 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.
