The Role Litmus is seeking a visionary and deeply technical VP of Engineering to lead our world-class, global engineering organization. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role for a leader who thrives on high-velocity execution and technical excellence. You will be responsible for the architecture, development, and delivery of our entire product suite, from the edge to the cloud. You are not just a manager; you are a technical force multiplier, a mentor to your team, and the key driver of our technology strategy and execution. This role is instrumental in scaling our platform, our processes, and our team as we enter our next phase of rapid growth. What You ll Do • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Provide hands-on technical guidance and architectural direction for our complex edge and cloud platform. Lead from the front, diving deep into code, design documents, and architectural debates to solve our most challenging problems. • Drive High-Velocity Delivery: Champion and implement highly efficient, best-in-class software development processes (Agile, CI/CD, Dev Ops) to ensure a culture of rapid, high-quality product delivery and iteration. • Build and Mentor World-Class Teams: Recruit, manage, and mentor a top-tier, internationally distributed engineering team.
