If you're looking for an opportunity to be part of a work family that values collaboration, innovation, and dedication, we're the right company for you. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Representative - Dedicated Transportation, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments, manipulation of customer orders into the order management system, and obtaining approval for accessorial charges for assigned customers. You'll also engage with internal and external customers on any applicable assignments, use Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to accommodate and support functional areas, and perform other duties as assigned. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business potential * Ensure on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments, manipulation of customer orders into the order management system, and obtaining approval for accessorial charges for assigned customers * Proactively engage with internal and external customers on any applicable assignments * Use Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to accommodate and support functional areas * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Functions** * Effectively manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments * Make timely decisions, build strong customer relationships, and communicate effectively through various mediums * Prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort, meet deadlines, and handle a busy work environment * Maintain composure under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and exhibit self-drive to excel in a fast-paced setting **Qualifications** * H.S.
