The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with regional VPs to promote and expand engineering services. This leadership position demands a proactive and strategic approach to the electrical engineering discipline, with a focus on building a unified and collaborative engineering organization that can deliver robust and scalable solutions. The SVP will also be responsible for establishing strong relationships with sales leaders to support the growth strategy and ensure the continuous improvement of engineering discipline certifications and value propositions. Applicants for the Senior Vice President role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and infrastructure design for capital projects. The role requires advanced proficiency in electrical engineering principles, practices, and design, as well as a strong working knowledge of engineering and electrical construction laws and regulations.
