What You'll Do Develop relationships with key leaders at research sites including AMCs, Community Healthcare, and Site NetworksCreate a go-to-market strategy for an increasing innovative suite of products focused on site clinical researchWork across a collaborative team to define potential risks to the GTM strategy, and work with the General Manager to mitigate risks as appropriateExecute on the GTM strategy to build key prospective accounts and guide them through the process to create long-standing relationships and successful customers Requirements 7+ years of experience in business development, commercial, or sales leadership3+ years of experience working directly with clinical research sites, including executive leadershipDemonstrated track record of closed key accounts resulting in long-term, successful customersDemonstrated experience working with Product teams to provide guidance on strengths & opportunities as a part of GTM strategy development Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $180,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
