Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an MSW professional at Principle Counseling, LLC. The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized care plans, providing counseling and support to clients, and maintaining detailed case documentation. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and advocating for client needs while promoting mental health and well-being. Additionally, the candidate will play an active role in team meetings and provide referrals to community resources when needed.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in client assessment, case management, and care planning
• Proficiency in individual and group counseling and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and client interactions
• Knowledge of social services, community resources, and relevant regulations
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage time effectively
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
• Licensed or license-eligible in clinical social work (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Experience with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
