Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead a high-performing recruitment function aligned with our business goals and values. You’ll drive talent strategies that position Hex Trust as an employer of choice in the digital asset and financial services industry, enabling us to attract and retain top-tier talent worldwide.This is a strategic and hands-on talent acquisition role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams.Duties & Responsibilities Develop and lead a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning. Partner effectively with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and evolving talent requirements. Personally drive senior and executive-level hiring while ensuring a world-class candidate experience across all touchpoints. Own and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and a high bar for quality. Leverage data and analytics to drive decisions and improve performance metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, DEI metrics). Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of recruitment technologies including our ATS platform - Workable. Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and hiring managers, offering data-driven insights, market intelligence, and best practices to shape hiring decisions and workforce planning. Build partnerships with external talent networks, universities, communities, and events to broaden Hex Trust’s reach and visibility as an employer of choice. Support monthly/yearly employee engagement activities/events. Be able to propose and lead end-to-end internal HR events. Support other training and development needs within the HR global team when being required.
3-8+ years of relevant experience in Fintech and Crypto Talent Acquisition, specialising in front to back office full cycle recruiting. Proven track record of successful placements for both tech and non tech roles. Proven success in building and scaling recruitment operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employer branding strategies. Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable) and recruitment analytics tools. Expertise in talent market mapping, and workforce planning. Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written. Fluent in spoken and written English.
