VP, Asset Management
Job Description: • Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals. • Provide leadership and direction to property management teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction to maximize asset value. • Oversee a diverse portfolio of affordable housing properties, ensuring optimal occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
