L.I.T.E. is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and execute our brand visibility strategy. This is a leadership-level volunteer position for someone who wants to build and shape the public presence of a growing nonprofit from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities
⢠Develop a focused 90-day marketing strategy aligned with annual organizational goals
⢠Create and manage a content calendar (social, email, promotional campaigns)
⢠Clarify and strengthen brand messaging and positioning
⢠Support promotion of events and partnership initiatives
⢠Track and report engagement metrics monthly
⢠Collaborate cross-functionally when initiatives overlap
