Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Good command of English, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Inputting travel-related data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining and updating customer information in the company database.
Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Generating reports and ensuring data integrity.
Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies found in the data.
Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new processes and systems.
