Volunteer: Develop a Social Media Strategy and Content Calendar

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. Create a structured social media content calendar, reusable post templates/copy blocks, and concise messaging guidelines to improve tone and consistency. Platform choices, cadence, and content themes will be defined in collaboration with the volunteer. Stronger social media and clearer messaging will help amplify our education and healthcare programs, engage families and local partners, and attract supporters. You will help us share creative, relevant stories that expand reach and support children’s learning and community well-being. Our communications team will collaborate with you, share current examples and feedback, and participate in regular check-ins. We will work together to finalize a calendar and copy framework that the team can implement; specific materials and timelines will be provided during interviews.
