Key Responsibilities include: ?
• Assist in developing and implementing customer listening channels, such as relationship and transactional surveys, to develop an understanding of customer sentiment related to KCP products and services;?
• Analyse customer feedback results across regions, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and performance against ongoing initiatives?
• Develop communications about customer insights and outcomes to a network of stakeholders across the globe;?
• Provide recommendations and help... influence strategic decision making, with ability to utilize data and insights to support decisions;?
• Provide day-to-day support in technical implementation of listening channels in Qualtrics platform and by collaborating with integrated platforms’ support teams.?
• Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

You will also need the following qualifications:
• Prove experience with Customer Research / qualitative interviews and / or focus groups?
• Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners?
• Strong communication skills (both verbally and written)?
• Experience with Qualtrics (or at least similar platform) required ?
• Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus
