Senior Marketing Manager At Adyen, we are at the forefront of financial technology, driving innovation in payment solutions for enterprise businesses globally. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to launch pipeline generation campaigns that feature the value of Adyen’s partners in North America. This hybrid role will be based in either our San Francisco or New York office, and will report to the VP of Marketing, North America, with a dotted line into our Global Partner Marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Manager for partner campaigns, you are pipeline-driven, creative, and highly-collaborative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing integrated campaigns with our regional partners—turning joint value propositions into powerful demand engines. And you’ll work with a team of talented marketers, designers, partner managers, and commercial leaders to make it happen. What you’ll do: Create a holistic campaign strategy that leverages our partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline Design and launch integrated campaigns (e.g., email, webinars, paid media, events, ABM) targeting key verticals and accounts Drive the creation of co-branded content including landing pages, webinars, case studies, and thought-leadership Collaborate with partner managers, product marketing, and global partner marketing teams to craft tailored messaging for partners, aligned with Adyen’s product releases and value propositions Foster and maintain strong marketing relationships with key partner stakeholders, understand their priorities, and develop campaigns that drive mutual value Work closely with North America Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, Partnerships and Sales teams to set your strategy, prioritize campaigns, and improve programs Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and partner engagement Who you are: 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years of B2B experience working with enterprise partners to create net new demand and accelerate pipeline Proven track record of successfully integrating strategic partners into co-marketing campaigns through a mix of online and offline channels to drive measurable impact Experienced in using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, and Contentful to set up campaigns and track results Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft topics, compelling business benefits for both Adyen and our partners An entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to work; you are comfortable with both strategy and execution Data-driven, analytical mindset. You use data to find new opportunities and approach your work with a “test and iterate” mindset Other details: This role is based out of our San Francisco or New York office.
