Using planogram software, you’ll design visually engaging and revenue-maximizing prize displays tailored to entertainment venues across North America. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in visual merchandising, retail planning, or category layouts, especially those familiar with planogramming or product display design.Work schedule: CST hoursWork set-up: RemoteWhat you’ll doCore ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed planograms and merchandising plans for prize/toy displays using specialized softwareDesign layouts that optimize space utilization, visual appeal, and prize accessibilityContinuously research and develop new merchandising techniques and display methodsMaintain accurate records of planogram specifications and customer preferencesTechnical DutiesResearch and development of new merchandising techniques, methods, and display conceptsMaintain planogram templates and standardized layouts for different venue typesCollaboration & CommunicationParticipate in training sessions (scheduled to accommodate time zone differences)Provide regular updates on project status and completion timelinesDocument best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing initiativesRequirementsWhat You BringAt least 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or visual designStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishReliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setupAbility to work night hours to align with North American time zonesPreferred qualifications:Adobe Creative Suite experienceExperience with retail merchandising or visual displayBackground in retail designPersonal AttributesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyCreative problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical skills for optimizing layouts“Whatever it takes” attitude toward project completionGreat retail merchandizing eyeAdaptability to changing project requirements and deadlinesFast learnerDon't meet every single requirement?
