Hours per week: 40 hours p/w Duration: Through March+ Rate / Salary Range: $35-$41 per hour Timeline for hire: 2 rounds of interviews; mid October start Job Description Our client, a globally recognized footwear company, is seeking a freelance Visual Merchandising Operations Coordinator to support their Global Visual Merchandising team in developing comprehensive retail marketing guidelines. These guidelines-created in Keynote-serve as essential tools for store teams, detailing how to present products and marketing materials in-store. Key Responsibilities • Populate established Keynote templates (80-200 pages) with imagery, product details, and marketing content. • Support the creation of visual merchandising renders, zoning plans, mannequin looks, product boards, and marketing information. • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all guideline materials. • Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to track progress and meet deadlines. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment (visual merchandising experience is a plus but not required). • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and working on a Mac. • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
