Job Summary and Qualifications The Virtual Telemetry Technician (TT) participates in high-quality, patient-centered care by continuously observing and monitoring cardiac rhythms and other vital signs from a centralized monitoring location, assuring a safe patient care environment.  Essential Job Functions:  • You will notify the primary RN or charge RN when patient parameters and waveforms are outside of established parameters in accordance with division policy.  • You will interpret cardiac rhythms, heart rate, and arrhythmias and communicate abnormalities to nurses and physicians.  • You will create clear, accurate documentation on patient status and activity during the shift.  • You will demonstrate and respect patient rights to privacy and protection of patient confidentiality.  Requirements:  Must live or be willing to relocate to Denver. This is an on-site job. • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.  • High school diploma/GED required.  • Successful completion of a Basic ECG/Arrythmia course preferred.  • Minimum of at least six months of experience in an acute clinical setting preferred.  • Demonstrates good organizational skills.  • Provides safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards.  • Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac  As part of HCA Healthcare, we at HealthONE® serve the metro Denver area as the largest healthcare system, with more than 11,000 employees.
