• * Revise and update existing documentation to align with product updates or feedback.
• * Use digital tools to design and format documents for maximum clarity and visual appeal.
• * Assist in creating multimedia content, such as diagrams, video tutorials, and infographics, to complement written materials.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• * Strong ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
• * Proficiency in using documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
• * Basic understanding of technology concepts, such as software development or cloud systems, is preferred.
• * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience
• * Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• * Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or academic writing is advantageous but not mandatory.
