Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Ā Create engaging virtual learning experiences tailored to students' needs.
Ā Provide one-on-one and small group instruction using virtual platforms.
Ā Collaborate with parents, guardians, and a multidisciplinary team.
Ā Assess students' progress and modify teaching strategies as needed.
Ā Maintain accurate records and attend virtual meetings.
Ā Provide Math and Reading Intervention
Qualifications:
Ā Masters' in Special Education or related field.
Ā Valid special education teaching certification in Massachusetts.
Ā Experience in virtual or traditional special education settings.
Ā Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and digital tools.
Ā Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Details:
Ā 32.5 Hours/Week
Ā 4th and 5th Grade Caseload
Ā 1099 Contract
Ā Same hourly rate for direct and indirect services
