Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
Experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs.
Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to create and implement effective educational strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms and educational technologies.
Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor are essential qualities.
