Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)

We are working with a school district in Maryland who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Conduct virtual assessments and track student progress

• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and specialists

• Deliver specialized instruction through online platforms

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date educational records

• Engage in virtual team meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field (required)

• Active state licensure in Special Education (required)

• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and platforms

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to create engaging online learning experiences

• Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities
