• Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards for your team
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven remote culture
• Oversee client engagement to ensure professional, compliant service delivery
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support business growth through team expansion and productivity optimization
Requirements
• Prior leadership or management experience (sales or client-facing teams preferred)
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate and develop others
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of performance
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Adaptable, growth-minded, and solution-focused
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
