Virtual Solar Setter Remote

Key Responsibilities...
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for solar consultations.
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to maintain engagement.
Keep detailed records of calls and lead statuses in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and lead flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a professional and positive phone demeanor.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Access to a computer and reliable high-speed internet.
Self-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
Compensation:
Commission-Only: Earn based on the appointments you set.
Bonuses: Weekly and monthly bonuses available for top performers.
