Virtual Site Manager
Job Overview
The Virtual Site Manager is responsible for providing remote support to multiple storage facilities from the corporate office in Gilbert, AZ. This position will take/make phone calls, maintain tenant records, and support the sales of storage units to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Answer and manage incoming/ outgoing phone calls for assigned facilities, including delinquency and courtesy calls
Ā Take card payments over the phone
Ā Answer questions from tenants and prospective customers
Ā Make notes on tenant accounts
Ā Schedule move-ins and facility tours
Ā Order supplies
Ā Make bids for new vendors with a work order request from the Area Manager
Ā Understand and be able to explain a legal lease agreement for storage units.
Qualifications/Skills:
Ā Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially over the phone
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ā Ability to learn required software (Sitelink)
Ā Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk
Experience and Requirements:
Ā 1+ years in customer service
Ā 1+ years in sales
Ā Knowledge/experience in property management or big box retailer preferred
Work Schedule
Ā Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Ā OR
Ā Wednesday - Friday, 8am-5pm & Saturday, Sunday 10am-4pm
Pay: $22/hour
